What this service is

Threewayly is software for an accounts payable team: free worksheets that compute on the page, and a paid plan that keeps the payables record of invoices, matches, exceptions, approvals and remittances. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from us directly, and there is no reseller, consultant or intermediary anywhere in it.

How we are paid

Threewayly Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your Stripe receipt. It renews monthly at the price shown until you cancel.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Threewayly charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Threewayly never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

No warranty

The worksheets compute from the figures you enter and the method stated on each page. They are arithmetic, not accounting, tax or audit advice, and nothing on this site is an opinion on how a transaction should be booked, what a control must be, or what an auditor will accept; those are your accountant's and your auditor's.
